Our progress started in 1957 in Santibáñez de la Peña, a village located close to northern mountains of Palencia. It is just the same location in which we have built up a successful project of company.

VIRGEN DEL BREZO begins as a bakery family company. In these days the residents used our oven to elaborate their own biscuits based on simple and natural domestic recipes.

We collected those old recipes and started with the industrial production of puff pastry and domestic typical biscuits in order to supply the needs of regional customers and gradually expand its activity throughout Spain and Europe. Now we get distributors in every region of Spain though the vast majority of the production is dedicated to International Trade under Private Label.
