In addition to being registered with the Health and Food Safety Protection Agency of the Castilla and León Regional Health Department, we follow a Food Safety Management System compliant with international standards such as ISO 9001 and IFS Food.
RSPO (Roundtable of Sustainable Palm Oil) Certification No. BMT-RSPO-000454
The RSPO is a non-profit association that brings together various stakeholders in the palm oil value chain, aiming to promote the production and use of palm oil according to environmental, social, and economic sustainability criteria.

Our sweet puff pastries are made with a simple recipe, free of preservatives and colorings. Being a 100% plant-based product, they are suitable for vegans. Additionally, we offer a range of sugar-free puff pastries, catering to the needs of consumers following special low-sugar diets.
