  • \u201cBinding Corporate Rules\u201d<\/i>.- the personal data protection policies assumed by a controller or processor established in the territory of a Member State for transfers or a set of transfers of personal data to a controller or processor in one or more third countries, within a group of companies or a group of companies engaged in a joint economic activity.<\/li>\n
  • \u201cPseudonymization\u201d<\/i> means the processing of personal data in such a way that it can no longer be attributed to a data subject without using additional information, provided that such additional information is set out separately and is subject to technical and organisational measures aimed at ensuring that the personal data are not attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person;<\/li>\n
  • \u201cResponsible for the treatment\u201d<\/i>.- natural or legal person, public authority, service or body that decides what data to process, why and how. For the purposes of this Policy, the companies of the Virgen del Brezo group. <\/li>\n
  • \u201cOnline Services\u201d<\/i>.- includes any site, environment, web, channels, applications, promotions.<\/li>\n
  • \u201cThird\u201d.<\/i>– natural or legal person, public authority, agency or body other than the Data Subject, the Data Controller, the Processor and persons authorised to process personal data under the direct authority of the Data Controller and\/or the Data Processor.<\/li>\n

  • \u201cVirgen del Brezo\u2019 Unique User\u201d<\/i>.- is the user you create when you register in the Virgen del Brezo Single Registry to access the Online Services of any of the entities of the Virgen del Brezo group and whose content is included in your user account in the Single Registry (\u201cYour Account\u201d).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, you are informed that your data will be processed by Virgen del Brezo, as responsible for these.<\/p>\n

    The purpose of the treatment will be the management and control of contacts on the content downloaded from Virgen del Brezo. This treatment is legitimized by the consent given, which may be revoked at any time without affecting the legality of the treatment prior to its withdrawal. <\/p>\n

    The data will not be transferred to third parties, except to companies of the Virgen del Brezo group, or by judicial requirement or the state security forces and bodies.<\/p>\n
